  Had a seven year old desktop computer that would not turn on, and expecting the worse, took it to The Computer Shop for diagnosis. Jim listened to my description of the problem and when/how it had occurred, and within a couple of hours called me with the quote for repair (very fair), and I got the unit back at 3:30 the same day afternoon. I cant imagine any of the big box stores getting this back to me in less than a week, much less a day, and at such (again) a very fair price. Would highly recommend this place.
