  I applied for the NY&Co credit card at the store and the sales lady told me I will get the 30% coupon with the credit card that I can use to get the extra discount for the next purchase. Once I got the card and the coupon I went back to the store to make some purchases. Another sales associate who worked that day said I can't use the coupon since they've already had the sales going on. I told her that another lady told me I should be able to do so as a result of applying the credit card. But she didn't let me use it anyway. So I called NY&Co customer service and they said I can go back to the store and get the price adjustment. So I went back to the store again and met with Ms. D. She's so helpful and awesome with great service - minded. She helped me with all the processes and made sure that I have been treated fairly as a customer. Because of her I decide to continue shopping at this store again.
