  Place is just a shell of its self. Would find more than I could buy, now I have more money than they have products. How can Kmart the cheapest store own one of the best.

  Look, I don't have a problem with browsing and even buying anything at a Sears, but this location at Music City Mall (formally Vista Ridge Mall) is just sad. After reading the other reviews, I'm writing this review to confirm that some of what was said is true. In spots, there are certain departments that look sparse for merchandise while others look normal. Also, we had employees either walk right passed us or stood around talking and never acknowledged us (or anyone else for that matter). But, I think everyone sees the writing on the wall (very quiet Sears in a struggling mall) so I can't really blame them for feeling the way they do. On the positive side, this is also the cleanest Sears I've ever been to and it seems like the employees take pride in that considering that we saw nearly all of them cleaning.

  Great experience over there! They helped me find the tools I needed fast too. Box showed up on time. The pick up area guys shrink wrapped both boxes and helped me load them. Looking like it was going to rain. The boxes where packed very very well. Even had contact paper protecting the final finish. It looks spectacular in my humble garage! I loaded it down right away with heavy tools. The draws seem to like it. They glided even better and that soft stop in the draws worked really good. The quality is great, fit and finish was perfect and many different draw sizes fit the bill for me. Only con was the casters do have some plastic parts. Maybe hubcaps or something. The rest of it is steel and greased bearings. Rolls very easily. I do see many years of use out of it. My other Craftsman box lasted 15 years. Still in service.. Great job to the associates and Sears! Cheers!.. Larry
