Deborah was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. (very unusual in a mattress store!) She bent over backwards to help us get a good deal on a mattress we liked. The delivery personnel were very professional, efficient and nice, and were right on time. Best of all, they refurbish all old mattresses and donate them to charity.
